Scoring system

A product evaluation system based on user metrics

The challenge

The product lacked a unified framework for evaluating user experience and connecting design decisions with measurable outcomes. The goal was to create a scoring system based on user metrics that would support goal setting and align design, product, and business priorities.

Approach

The evaluation framework was developed from scratch in collaboration with the Head of Fintech Research. We defined the scoring logic, selected relevant user metrics, and aligned the methodology and data requirements with the analytics department.

Outcome

The result was a unified product evaluation system that translated user metrics into clear, actionable scores. It established a shared language for cross-functional teams, enabling more objective prioritization, measurable goal setting, and consistent assessment of product improvements.
