The challenge
The homepage and navigation system for the B2B product T-Seller—a service for marketplace sellers. The product was in its early stages, meaning it needed to be searching for PMF. Conceptually, the product needed to address two needs. The first was to work with multiple marketplaces in a single service without having to navigate between them or perform the same operations with products. The second was to collect data and present business analytics in a way that anyone could understand, without complex graphs that were difficult to understand and draw conclusions from.
Approach
The solution is based on three main page sections. The first contains simple analytical widgets for quick monitoring. The second displays tasks of varying severity that must be completed for the stable operation of the business. And Business Pulse is an event feed that speaks to the salesperson in plain language, providing a concise data summary and simple recommendations on what can be done to improve the situation.
Outcome
The solution successfully passed its defense and presentation to the bank's business line leader, a preliminary assessment by the development department, and formed the basis for a large number of subsequent changes to the product, including a strategic approach.
